Certification Summary:
For individuals who maintain day-to-day operation of Check Point security solutions and ensure secure access to information across the network. Proficiencies include creating and installing security policies, using logging and reporting features, and managing anti-spoofing, Network Address Translation (NAT), and OPSEC applications.
Initial requirements:
You must have knowledge of TCP/IP and routing fundamentals. There are two CCSA tracks to choose from: CCSA or CCSA & NSA (Nokia Security Administrator I).
You must pass the CCSA exam ($200). Certification is version specific. Corresponding training is available though not required.
Continuing requirements:
Current certifications include those for the current product release and the version immediately prior to the current release. After that you will lose access to your certification benefits.
