Certification Summary:
For IT Help Desk professionals with at least 3-5 years of experience in the industry. It is specifically aimed at managers who are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the IT Help Desk.
Initial requirements:
Must have at least 3-5 year’s experience in the IT Help Desk industry. Must past HDM exam ($140). The test takes 75 minutes to complete. It is a multiple choice, computer-based test.
