Certification Summary:
This designation recognizes an advanced level of technical expertise to implement, configure support, troubleshoot and optimize Nortel Networks products and solutions. Intended for mid- to senior-level Technical Support, Help Desk, Field Support and Network Managers.
Initial requirements:
This level of certification is available for multiple product lines. You must hold the Support Specialist certification on the product line you wish to earn certification on, plus pass at least one additional exam (the IP Convergence certifications require two exams). Track options include IP Convergence CallPilot 2.0 Unified Messaging Solutions, IP Convergence Meridian 1 IP Enabled 25.40, and Alteon Security, among others. Exams cost $149 each.
