For individuals who provide day-to-day administration of installed SUSE Linux Enterprise Server networks.
Initial requirements:
You must pass Novell's CLA exam ($125). Topics covered include YaST, using man and info pages, understanding the file system hierarchy standard (FHS), finding and searching files, using command shells, basic user security in Linux, and configuring a Linux partition, among other topics.
Continuing requirements:
From time to time, Novell Training Services may require you to take an exam to keep current on the latest solutions and technologies. These exams are considered a Continuing Certification Requirement (CCR), which keep your skills up-to-date and keep your certification valuable in the marketplace.
