Alexandria, Va., July 20, 2022 – (ISC)² – the world’s largest nonprofit association of certified cybersecurity professionals – today announced that registration is open for the Pre-Conference Workshops October 23-24, two days prior to the 13th annual 2023 (ISC)² Security Congress. The workshops will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN. Pre-conference tracks offer in-depth discussions around emerging and relevant topics such as governance, risk and compliance (GRC), privacy, AI, women in cybersecurity leadership and third-party risk management.
The workshops will take place daily from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. CST, offering attendees a full day of immersive learning and networking opportunities. Each offers a diverse range of interactive sessions tailored to different stages of cybersecurity professionals' careers. For attendees pursuing a certification, workshops are also available for review of the domains covered by the CISSP, CCSP or CGRC exams.

"The workshops are taught by certified professionals and industry experts, including (ISC)² authorized instructors Simon Salmon, CISSP, CSSLP, Alan Yue, CISSP, CCSP and Kevin Stoffell, CISSP-ISSAP, ISSEP, ISSMP, CGRC, CSSLP, CCSP as well as Keyaan Williams, CISSP and Jonathan Kimmitt, CISSP.
Individuals interested in joining the Pre-Conference Workshops are encouraged to sign up early, as availability is limited and demand is high. Early bird pricing is available through August 15. To note, breakfast and lunch are included in the workshops.
